To view phantography the image is laid flat on a table
top, and the viewer views the Phantogram with ordinary
anaglyph glasses at a 45 degree angle to the image on
the table top... and up pops the image!
It unique! Its fantastic!. It real 3D!.
Unlike traditional 3D images, which are viewed straight
on, and can show remarkable depth beween foreground
and background, a phantogram is viewed from above and
at an angle. A pahntogram is an optical illusion, a
special class of 3-dimensional photograpy. Phantogram
images miraculously rise off the printed pages, perfectly
realistic phantoms of the real subjects photographed.
The illusion is accomplished by the systematic mimicry
of normal vision.
